Scott Buescher

Scott Buescher joined the Crossroads team in 2025 as the Director of Property Management. With over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate development, acquisitions, and leasing, Buescher is a seasoned veteran in the industry. For the last two decades, he served as the Vice President of Acquisitions and Special Projects at Price Brothers. In this role, he managed an impressive portfolio of industrial, office, and retail centers located throughout Kansas and Missouri.

Scott has overseen construction projects from the ground up through stabilization and lease up. He has represented both tenants and owners over the course of years, allowing him the opportunity to work in a variety of fields from convenient stores and an underground mine (and everything in between). Throughout his career, he has handled an astonishing two million square feet of office, warehouse, and retail space spread across five different states.

In his spare time, Buescher finds joy in spending quality time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He is also actively involved in volunteer work for various non-profit housing groups, demonstrating his commitment to giving back to the community.
