Holly Mills, MAI, CCIM

Holly joined Crossroads Real Estate Group in 2025 to serve as the Director of Investment Sales. She leverages over 20 years of experience in brokerage, valuation, investment analysis, and advisory services to deliver exceptional results. Her diverse background adds strength to the growing Crossroads team, including expertise in brokerage, valuation, investment analysis, and advisory services.

Over the past two decades, Holly has valued more than $1 billion worth of office, retail, multifamily, industrial, and development assets. Her diverse background involved underwriting properties in the course of brokerage and in her previous role as an appraiser. Both investor and owner clients consistently attribute her strategic application of market knowledge and insightful analysis of assets as the key differentiators in maximizing disposition and acquisition opportunities.

Holly is the only broker in the Kansas City market who has earned both the CCIM designation (CCIM Institute) and the MAI designation (Appraisal Institute). This unique combination of credentials underscores her commitment to delivering the highest level of expertise, experience, and education to every client she serves.

Originally from Arkansas, Holly moved to Lawrence, Kansas to attend the University of Kansas before settling in the Kansas City area after completing graduate school. Holly and her husband, Will, enjoy traveling, scuba diving and any endeavor involving music. She volunteers as an ESL teacher with Mission Adelante in the refugee program. Holly serves on the Kansas City CCIM Board of Directors and chairs the Investment Committee for WIRED (Women In Real Estate Development).
