Promontory Apartments boost luxury offerings in OP

The Promontory Apartments, a portion of the mixed-used Promontory development near 91st Street and Metcalf Avenue in Overland Park, is nearing completion.

Developer Launch Development started the project in 2015, and portions of the complex have been open since 2018. The complex officially opened in August, and residents began filling units in November.  

The 291-unit, four-story complex offers one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments with a host of amenities, including stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, an outdoor patio and full-size washers and dryers in each unit. One-bedroom units start at $1,295, and two-bedroom units start at $1,995.
