Prairiefire secures first tenant for final phase

Merrill Cos. LLC has secured the first tenant for the final phase of its Prairiefire development in Overland Park.

Construction on the final phase of office and retail is slated to start in the spring. The first tenant signed up in the new addition is Andy's Frozen Custard, which has four locations in the Kansas City area and four more planned for 2019
